Vikram qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 2004 and is the founder of the firm. He has worked with leading consulting firms Ernst & Young, Grant Thornton and with American Express, prior to becoming a practitioner. He has wide exposure in the fields of Virtual CFO Services (for Startups and Small & Mid Sized businesses), Process & Systems Advisory Services and Corporate Finance, Tax & Regulatory and Assurance domains. In his professional career, Vikram has served experience in servicing  business ranging from Startups to large MNCs, PSUs, and other clients in multiple domains.

Gaytri, a 2006 batch Chartered Accountant, is primarily involved in the Accounting Outsourcing domain, wherein her role involves supervision over client Day-to-Day Bookkeeping, Accounts Receivable Management, Accounts Payable Management, Expense Tracking and Payroll processing. In the Business Setup and Registration domain, she has wide experience in setting up companies, partnership firms and proprietorship firms, and Registrations under other statutes/ domains.

Vipin is a 2011 batch Chartered Accountant having in-depth exposure of Tax and Regulatory services. In the Direct Tax domains, his expertise ranges from Corporate and Individual Income Tax Returns, Tax planning and optimization advise, Tax Audit under the Income Tax Audit, Handling Notices and Appeals with tax authorities, including Representation, Taxation of Expatriates and Non-Residents. In the Indirect Tax domain, he has worked extensively in filing of Goods and Service Tax (GST) Returns, E-invoicing and digital tax system, Input tax credit optimization, Drafting responses to notices and enquiries from revenue/assessing authorities and Representation before the appropriate authorities.
